Enterprise-Grade Security. Zero Business Data Transfer.
Ensure database compliance without exposing proprietary information. Licencify scrubs data locally, transferring only pseudonymized metadata over secure, outbound-only channels.
Protecting Your Enterprise Data Perimeter
Compliance discovery tools must adhere to strict corporate security standards. Legacy tools often introduce unacceptable risks.
1. Sensitive Data Exposure
Uploading raw database configurations or schema dumps can inadvertently expose proprietary table names, business logic, and database system credentials.
2. Network Firewall Penetration
Opening inbound network ports to allow external scanners to query database servers creates unauthorized access entry points.
3. Workers' Council Hurdles (DACH Region)
Compliance tools that track user activity, database query times, or employee login histories trigger mandatory and time-consuming Workers' Council reviews.
Built for Strict European Security Standards
Local Pseudonymization Gateway
The Gateway container acts as a security barrier. Before any metadata leaves your network, Licencify strips out application table names, schemas, user passwords, and internal host details, leaving only clean licensing parameters.
Outbound-Only TLS 1.3 Communication
The Gateway communicates strictly via outbound HTTPS (port 443) to our secure cloud. No inbound traffic is allowed, and no firewall configuration changes are required.
Workers' Council Compliance Templates
Licencify does not log user connection histories, query performance benchmarks, or database administrative activities. We provide pre-written Workers' Council clearance templates to accelerate deployment approvals.
Infrastructure & Data Governance
We prioritize data residency and operational security. Our cloud analytics engine runs in modern, ISO-27001 certified data centers in Germany. All collected metadata is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
